How our warranty works

  1. Terms per product: warranty years depend on the product and wear layer. Each product page shows them together with the warranty terms document — until that document is published, the page says “on request”.
  2. Register online after installation and get a reference number and printable acknowledgement.
  3. Claims: contact us with your reference, photos and invoice. We aim to acknowledge every claim within 3 working days, then arrange an inspection.

What keeps a warranty valid

  • Installation to our standard (acclimatisation, flat and dry subfloor, expansion gaps)
  • Care as per the care guide
  • Keeping your invoice and a box label with the batch number
